The pearl-covered Calvin Klein dress that Lupita Nyong'o wore to the Oscars (six thousand pearls! worth $150,000! or so they said) was stolen Tuesday -- only to be returned, mysteriously, on Friday night, back to the same hotel it was taken from. (The police found it stuffed under a bathroom sink! In a trash bag!)
